Review: October 5th of 2012, [redacted] at R&R Shooters told me he could repair a part on a rifle. I sent the part to him to repair and when it was returned to me it was still defective. [redacted] suggested I send the entire rifle, which I did. He has not repaired it or returned it. After numerous requests on the telephone for him to return the rifle, I have been told numerous times that there is a new rifle coming or backordered, but after much frustration I told [redacted] to just send me the rifle back and a refund for the original repair which didn't work. Now, May 17 2013, seven months later, I am filing a complaint because he STILL has not returned the rifle, repaired it, or refunded me for the faulty original work.Desired Settlement: I want [redacted] to send me my rifle back, with all the parts that were with it, and a refund of $24.89 for the original repair.
