I was charged twice from this company. I do not understand why. I would like my money put back into my account.
The first amount I was charged $6.87. The second charge was $89.87. I have no idea what I am being charged for. I have no idea who this company is or what I was supposed to have bought from them.
I would like my money put back into my account, as soon as possible.

After my email to the green keto they returned my money to me! Thank you for your help.
They keep charging my card $90 for what I don't know I have tried to call but either my reception cuts off or they hang up
they just tried taking another $90 off my card 8-30-2020 three times
They charged me a couple of months ago $90 I called my bank they put fraud and yesterday they tried taking $90 three times

I order a bottle of Keto pills from this company. It was suppose to be a free item just pay shipping. This company charged my debit card $240.76!
They billed my debit on 6/24 6.92, 6/29 27.00, 7/10 89.92, 7/29 27.00 and 8/11 89.92. I attempted to contact them numerous times. They do not answer there phone. I also tried another number and left a detailed voice message. Never received any calls back.
I received the one bottled they advertised as a free item. The Keto pills did not work. I never received anything else nor did I sign up to receive anything else. They just keep taking my money.
We are not sure what charges occurred on 6/29 for $27.00 and 7/29 for $27.00, as these are not our prices, nor are they in our customer portal. Our customer support phone line is still open and we have plenty of agents assisting with solutions.

I agreed to pay shipping for a free sample of their product. Two weeks later my account is charged 89.00 dollars.

I cannot get a hold of these people. Very poor business practice. I should have known better. I want a total refund and the account canceled.

On June 13 2020 I paid $6.92 for shipping toRR Green Coffee Joy supposedly for a free sample of Keto pills using my debit card. On June 30 2020 $89.92 were drawn out of my account..unable to get in touch with them phone not in service

Is the above listed email correct? That is what was listed by customer for correspondence on account and where the confirmation emails have been sent. Please check the spam folder to make sure it did not get placed there by mistake. The refund check *** was mailed out USPS on 7/1/2020. Please check the mailbox for handwritten envelope.

This is not a good product and I do not wish to use it I simply want to cancel this account and receive no more products from them and I do not wish them to take anymore money out of my credit card. I ordered the free sample in March 2020 paid for the shipping on the free sample, but they continue sending me the product and charging my account I do not want them to do that.
I wish them to cancel this order that I do not think I placed. And stop charging my credit card. I have not been able to contact the company. Their website does not respond it continually says that the page is down And I cannot find any way to get in touch with them.

I received cancellation confirmations from the company stating that they have closed the account on the icy room and the account on the skin care cream which was just what I wanted done thank you very much.
I am being billed for product I have not received. I called the company, waited on hold for 8 and a half minutes then all I could hear was garbled.

However when I could hear her I told her I have not received the order and then she put me on hold and came back garbled and then just vanished from the line.

There fraudulent advertising
Doesn't 14 day free trial and just pay shipping mean just pay shipping? Well it doesn't it means you pay shipping and then after 14 days they charge you $92.00 for the item you thought was free if you pay shipping and cancelled before the 14 days which I cancelled the same day I bought the worthless weight loss pills they can't can't charge you well wrong again they still charge you because you have to call them in Florida even though you cancel on line and then when I called the supervisor hung up on me so they here's the run down on this company The RR GREENCOFFEE JOY they false advertise a priduct for a not free trial charge you an outrages price on a non working product then instead of hearing you out because your right and you had canceled the product before the trial was up they hang up on you. So the end result is they rob you after lying about the free trial of a product and nobody will get there money back because the credit card company won't do a *** thing because you signed up for a 14 dollar NOT FREE TRIAL thanks America and credit card company for letting me get robbed and letting them do it with out consequences.
I just want the money they stole and for them not to be able to sucker people into believing there getting a free trial when it's in fact not free.

The Customer placed their order on 10-29 and there was no call to cancel so they were charged for the full amount for product billed on 11-23. After the charges we received a call and canceled the account on 11-30. The Customer was aware of our 30 day money back guarantee. Customers cancelation # ccXXXXXXXXf. At this time we will send this complaint to upper management for refund request and will have them reach out to the c with in 24-48 hours.
I cannot return their product, which is terrible and they are charging me monthly fees of $89.85 and $84.95.
There is no way of returning this product. I would like to return it. They do not have a viable website and do not answer their phone. I want the charges to stop and a refund.
I would like the business to contact me so I can return the product.
