Review: On 6/7/14 I purchased a replacement glass for a picture frame. The charge was $10.00. I used my [redacted] debit card to pay but the owner informed me that my card was rejecting and he did run it several times and informed me if it should show up that he would correct it. I then gave him my [redacted] credit card for the $10.00 charge and that card ran and I do have the bank statement from both banks that show these charges. Then on 6/10/14 I checked my [redacted] statement and a charge for $62.77 appeared on my statement for R & R Glass and I also checked the [redacted] statement and it showed the $10.00 which was correct. On 6/11/14, I called Mr. [redacted], owner, and informed him of what happened and he stated that he would take care of it but at the time there was a death in his family and he was busy which was understandable and he told me to call him on 6/13/14 and I did and he directed to go to the store and they would take care of me. When I got to the store, noone could help me and was redirected to come back when the owner was in so I just left a copy of the statements and as of today, Mr. [redacted] denies ever receiving the documents. On 6/19/14 I called Mr. [redacted] again and he told me to come to the store on 6/20/14 between 2 and 3 pm and [redacted] would give me my refund. I went ther on 6/20/14 at 2:45 pm and the store was locked with a sign indicating return from lunch at 1:30 pm. So today, 6/23/14, I called him and he said he was their between 2 and 3pm which is a lie and he claims he does not have my documents and does not know how much he owes me. All this for $62.77 but it the principle of the matter. My concern is "how many other people failed to check their account and have been taken advantage of?Desired Settlement: I want my money refunded and I also want the Revdex.com to be aware of this business.
