Ruben installed my roof. It leaked around the chimney. Ruben refused to repair it. The rainwater has damaged the interior of my home. I had to hire another roofing company to repair what I had paid him to repair. Any questions please call.

Review: We had our roof done in April 2011. It leaked the very first rain we had and has gotten worse through the years. Now anytime there is rainfall or snow we are forced to cover furniture and anywhere else it leaks. We have attempted to contact our sales person ([redacted]) repeatedly about resolving the issue and he either never returned our calls or never showed up to appointment that was scheduled with us.Desired Settlement: We want our roofed repaired and also the damage to the interior of our home.
