R&R Digital Solution

Review: Hired R&R Digital Solutions (Owner [redacted]) to install a security camera system at my house that would be web accessible and viewable on my mobile devices. After paying him $5000 in two payments he and his crew never returned to complete the job. After several attempts by phone that went unanswered I sent him several text messages over a ten day period on June 27th, to July 3rd,. In addition, I called his number on more than five occasions during the same period with one response when he said that he would be out to my house to complete the job, but again never showed.The technicians were very good but Mr. [redacted] is a poor manager and has left me with a $5000 useless system. I now have to hire another company to come in and clean up the mess left by R&R Digital Solution. They are not a solution company and I recommend all not to use Mr. [redacted] or his company R&R Digital Solutions..Desired Settlement: A refund of the cost to hire a second company to complete the job and the cost to file complaints.
