R&R Construction

Review: I contacted R&R construction to do siding and reframing windows on our home on 10/13/2014 for the price of 9,100. We paid him 4,500 down to get the materials. Within the next couple weeks we heard nothing from him we tried contacting him and got no response. We were able to get a hold of him on November 13th. He sent his workers out within the next few days just to reframe the windows after that we got no other responses. We left several voicemails and text messages and haven't heard from him. we finally again got ahold of him Friday march 27th via text stating ( As soon as I get my income tax money I'm going to have my brother finish the job I moved to new York to work on the pipeline). That's the last time we heard from him.Desired Settlement: We just want the work done or our money returned.
