RPS Heating & Cooling

Ron has been to our home twice to work on our pool heat pump.(11 years old) The first instance was an operator error and he was polite about explaining what I was doing wrong.

The second time the unit fan wasn't working at all because of a loose connection. Both service calls were finished quickly with no fuss or mess. Very polite and knowledgeable..I will be using RPS for other projects.

Excellent service & great communication. I called and they were able to respond within hours. A real help on a hot summer day. Glad that he had all the parts necessary on hand to fix it with one visit (fan motor). Highly reccomend.

Yesterday, we called RPS ([redacted]) in the morning as our AC hadn't been operational for three days. He was here before 11:00 just as he promised he would be. He discovered the problem, a condensation issue due to our high humidity within about 5 minutes -- WOW, WHY DIDN'T WE CALL THIS GUY THREE DAYS AGO???? He finally had to cut the pvc pipe that was the drain for the AC, cleared a blockage and then redesigned putting it back together. It began draining immediately and our AC is working again! He also checked everything over, replaced one other part and said we were good to go. We will definitely stick with RPS and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Very unprofessional, tracked dirt through my house, 4 times back for same concern, they kept sending the same very inept "technician". if you can't fix it the first or even the second time, send a different tech please. he blamed humidity, he blamed filters that where unplugged, he blamed two vents that where closed in the house, he blamed dogs then he charged system with freon, it worked fine for a month, started freezing again, he came back "cleaned" evap core blamed my dog then left. a/c started to freeze up again an hr later. I'm gonna call someone else.
