Review: Last Saturday, January 17th, my family and I went to La [redacted] restaurant located in [redacted], **. On Friday, January 23rd, I logged into my Chase account and reviewed my statement only to realize that my bank account was debited 4 times for a charge of $95.00 at [redacted] restaurant. I called the restrestaurant that same day and spoke to [redacted]. He advised that the problem came from their credit company called RPower. He said they only charged the card once, but for some unknown reason RPower charged multiple customer double on their accounts. This morning, Saturday January 24th, I logged into my account again and noticed that yet another $95 has been charged to my account! I am out almost $400! This is totally unacceptable. Aside from my account being charged, that night we went out my mother covered half the bill at the restaurant. So, I checked her account as well. Her bank account has ALSO been debited 5 times!! That's almost over $800 worth of mistakes done with this company RPower. I am requesting they reimburse us for these costs and financial burden they are causing.Desired Settlement: I want them to return my money and my mother's money to our accounts and that they pay for any fees our bank charges us. I also want complimentary vouchers for the emotional stress and financial hardship this has caused. I am pregnant and do not need this kind of stress that upsets me and my family.
