I wrote the first customer review and rated them excellent; since then I called them back to do a full window build & install and get a price on doing a new large back deckHad to call them back and Chris told me he was going to call soon but obviously did notAnyhow, he told me he would drop by in days and go over the jobs - that was now weeks ago; he never showed - had to call *** and they got the order (just less than $for the window) and the new deck I reached out to another company and will go with them now; guess if you are a first time customer you get treated really well the first time and never get serviced againWhat can you do.....find someone else I guess
