Did not receive DVD of Nutcracker Ballet performance. [redacted] was retained to provide a DVD keepsake of the 2012 Nutcracker Performance at the Eisemann Center in Richardson, TX.[redacted] did not deliver the DVDs as part of my order and has not returned phone calls, emails, tweets, and facebooks posts this year. No responses. Zero. He's still posting on Twitter, and Facebook and Instagram, and working on Kickstarter movie projects so he 'can express who he really is'. But he's too bothered with expressing himself to respond much less attempt to resolve customer complaints. Paypal limits disputes to 30 days, so no luck getting money back from there.
