Review: To Whom it may concern,

I had service to remove the original cloth seat covers and install new leather seat covers from the mentioned business on 12/22/2015. I took my car back after sunset on the same day. The job was not done right; I was told that wrinkles will go away about within two days after use.

Next day in the morning when I was cleaning the car I saw lot of scratches and missing parts like nut and bolts, latches. I called him right away, and he told that he was busy and asked me to bring the car back on Tuesday. I took the car and showed what he did to my car. He started to show his attitude so I realized that he didn't want to take responsibility of his bad job rather he was trying to pressure me. I started to take pictures in front him, suddenly he lowered his voice and told, "you will take me to court". I didn't reply keep taking pictures. He told, okay, leave me the car and I will see it. Come back when I call you. I got a call and took my car back. he didn't fix everything but little bit wrinkles.

My attorney sent him a letter on January 24th, 2016 to take care of this matter. The other party hasn't contact me directly or indirectly to resolve the issue that is why I brought it to you.

ThanksDesired Settlement: I just want him to reinstall seat covers correctly and pay or fix the damage he did to my car.
