I am rejecting this response because:
I have already given this information to the business. The reservation was under the name [redacted]. The Bill was paid by [redacted]. I sent the following information to the manager previously. She did not respond until I filed a Revdex.com report. It is a generous offer from them to cover the bill. Really, I only wanted an apology and an attempt on their part to try to discuss it with the employee who made the mistake. I don't feel like my complaint was taken seriously until I filed a Revdex.com complaint. I was told that it wasn't possible that he would make that mistake. Many of my attempts to talk to someone went unanswered. It is an unfortunate ending to what was a lovely meal. The follow-up customer service wasn't what I would have hoped. 
I will drop the Revdex.com complaint if the meal price is refunded. I don't want to drop it ahead of time just based on the promise of a reimbursement, given that I have already provided the information they are requesting.

Here is the information I previously sent:
I don't have the receipt for this anymore, but our reservation through Open Table was at 6:00 pm on Saturday Jan 3.  We were sitting in the two person table / booth between the kitchen and bathrooms at the front of the restaurant.
It was one of the bussers, not our primary waiter, who served the espresso.
