the refueling charges. On the contract that the customer signed states if truck is not full when dropped off they will pay a $30.00 fee plus theprice of gas. If the customer truck was full I would not of put $10.00 more in the truck, Personally why would I waste my time and money. The contract, which was signed by this customer, also states to call in advance for drop off instruction or a $10.60 drop off fee can be charged. I have a lot of repeat customers whom appreciates my honestly and devotes to take care of their needs. I am sorry that this customer feels that rude, and unfair comments must be made.
