Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
In my email correspondences with RoyceLane there was no mention of all the issues she is claiming from these pictures she has furnishedI did not use or lay the decal on my wall. I opened the decal and because the first
letter was "B" when I opened it, we assumed that it was the Bon Appetit decal and took it off the backing to seeWe quickly laid it back down on the backing and rolled it and returned it to herNo, it wasn't repackaged exactly as I don't possess the same packaging capabilities as her company, but it wasn't damaged to the extent in which she is now claimingFor instance, many of images she has provided were never even mentioned in my initial emails with her. I would have never willingly destroyed or damaged or used the wrong decal with the hopes of receiving the correct decal
The bottom line is I paid RoyceLane $for a Bon Appetit decal and instead I was shipped a Be Our Guest decal. She has my money but I don't have the product I paid for. She keeps calling it an exchange but I don't want an exchangeI want the decal I paid her forEtsy dismissing my complaint isn't a victory for her businessInstead it's a shame that she wasn't willing to honor her error instead of blaming me for damaging an incorrect product to the extent in which she is claiming
I am not pursuing this complaint any furtherHowever, I do want the record to reflect RoyceLane's bad business practicesSincerely,*** ***
