The woman who answered my call was pleasant and knowledeable. She confirmed the dimensions, and guage of the sheet metal pan and quoted a reasonable cost. She estimated she may have the pan ready for me later that same day. I got a call at 2 PM confirming it was ready. When I picked it up, it was clear to me that this is a well run sheet metal fabricator, family owned, customer focused and has a skilled set of shop personnel.
