Royalty Wigs

Review: I ordered a stock front lace wig for $300 online. After one week it's still shows it has not been processed of which their website states all stock wigs will be processed/shipped within 5-7 business days. I have sent 2 email inquiring on the status and no one will respond to me. They don't provide a phone number. I'm beginning to feel that they've taken my money but are avoiding me and I'm not getting the product I ordered.Desired Settlement: I need them to either process my order and ship out my system or refund my money immediately.
