Hello today is June 1st we contacted the customer however no answer so we left a voicemail the complaint that is stated is inaccurate however we also contacted the IRS about the complaint we forwarded over a copy of the complaint from the customer of form was also filled out IRS agent informed
us that the reason for the adjustment on the current tax year and as the customer stated it was a forged or fraudulent however nothing was ever force in this information is incorrect agent ID number was received and they went over and review the full transcript of what was correspondent on the tax return andaz review nothing was wrong or in completed by the tax preparer it was just adjusted because the client is a dependent and an adult on another return so that information is privatetranscript coming to the office and get a better understanding of what was switched and changed by the IRS it was not the office of royalty Tax Service doing but to make a complaint is a defamation of character a falsification of complaints and make it our company look completely bad we have literally optane over years of excellent serviceand we continue to do so and we hope this complaint is removed immediately
