I hired Royalty Roofing to replace a roof on my home in the Applewood Heights Subdivision which requires strict adherence to covenants. They were exceptional, fair, and fast. I received top notch workmanship, utilizing quality materials, at a very fair price. I've watched a number of other roofs being replaced in my neighborhood and I believe that I had the best service overall.The person who bid my job and presented the contract was on-site several times thru out the day to ensure that I was satisfied with the workmanship...They replaced a rather large sized roof in one day...Including the tear off and removal.
