I order a ring, and it was very cheap china junk, and they advertise that they will fully refund the money if not satisfied. It took 6 weeks to get the product when they said it would only be 10 days, then I sent several emails asking for a refund they refuse to respond to refunds and they have refused to respond to several individuals according to the posts on their facebook page
