I registered and paid for my daughter to attend their March break camp, they cancelled the camp and refused to refund the money, they told me I can use the money for summer camp, in the summer they sent me the dates for the camps, I chose one, emailed them my choice, they didn't reply back to confirm, I called them and left a voicemail to get confirmation, they didn't call back. After the camp I chose started, they sent me an email informing me that they booked us a spot in a different camp on a different date, I replied back and told them that we are not available on that date, I also requested a refund but no response.
