Horrible companyOne of their trucks damaged my car and trying to get it repaired has been a nightmareThey should be shut down! Review: on January **/2016 I rented and Royal placed a 10yard dumpster into my driveway to fill it out with dirt and concrete. Next day on the [redacted] I called telling that dumpster was ready to be pick it up. Today is January [redacted] a week later and I had been calling them every day, spoke with superior employees yet there is still no one come to pick the dumpster up.Desired Settlement: this is against our agreement which include to be pick the container no later than one day after is ready. thus Royal shall be reported to the bob for lack and deficient management.

Review: Worst company when it comes to disposal. If they mess up your property, they will not fix it. I was not notified, that if Royal Waste damages your property, they are not held responsible. They do not know how to handle there machinery. They even told me that, the pictures that I sent to them, were not sufficient. They claim that the damage cracks were old, including the huge whole in the driveway. All there interested in is money. I must agree, that they do have poor customer service.Desired Settlement: I would like for Royal Waste to repair the damages, and in the near future find alternative way to better handle their machinery. I do not think it is fair, to run a business and to turn a blind eye when damages occur.
