Review: On NOvember 14th my car was placed in the care of Royal Valet for the weekend while my husband and I was staying at the Clarion Inn in New Orleans. My var stayed in their care all wekkend and was never moved until we was checking out of the hotel on Sunday.When my car was pulled around to the front of the hotel for pickup we noticed damage to the front right fender and under back right door. We immediately asked what happened to our car and went into the hotel and filed a complaint.The hotel said they contract out the valet to Royal Valet and it was an issue they would have to handle directly and the valet co. would give us a call. We returned home to Houma, LA.The co never called and I contancted them on several occations and finally got soneone torespond. They told me to get them 3 seperate estimates and they would take care of the charges for repairing my car.Today is December 22 and my car is still unrepaired. They offered me $500 bucks to fix my car when estimates was over $1100. I cant get anyone to respond to my emails or phone calls. I belive this is a bad business and very unprofessional. All I want is my car repaired and I shouldnt have to incur any extra expense for this out of my own pocket.Desired Settlement: I want a check in the amount of my estimate to fix damages to my car from the body shop of my choice, not theirs. $500 is not near enough.

Review: visited the springhill suites in new orleans on sept 19, 2015. I personally parked my vehicle in a safe place, and still payed the valet. the next day when it was time to leave, my vehicle was moved, so we waited 15 minutes for the valet to get my vehicle. when it arrived it was scratched and dented all down the drivers side of the bed. spoke to management and they wrote me a report stating they would take car of the damages. To this day 11-17-15, I have emailed and spoke to Michael a couple of times. He is nothing but lies. I still have not been reimbursed for the damages. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! there was another couple at the same time that their vehicle was damaged.Desired Settlement: I have sent this so called business an estimate for repairs, I was even told by michael sevilla that I would receive a check before 10-30-15. I need payment for the damages they caused.
