Review: I paid money for buying my flight tickets to India four months in advance of my travel. This agency did not issue tickets for two weeks despite several calls. After I said either issue tickets or return money. The tickets were issued but when I called airlines to confirm, I was told that the agency has cancelled those tickets. I called the agency and I was told that new tickets will be issued but no explanation of why it happened. It has been more than 3 months since then and the agency still has not issued tickets and is not refunding my money. This trip is very important for me and my family. This has been very difficult time for us due to the mental harassment caused by the agency and its staff who are very rude and refuse to answer. So I am posting this complaint to make people aware of wrongdoings that these people are doing causing not only financial but also mental problems for consumers. Now I am stuck because I paid for 4 tickets from Chicago to india and I never received the tickets.Desired Settlement: Either get my tickets immediately or erfund money immediately.

I tried to contact by email and phone call but travel agency did not respond.
