This was the worst experience I have ever had with any car related taskI called last fall to ask for an approximate cost for driver window tintingThe guy said it starts at $so my husband bought a $gift cardThe guy called me a liar about that callI called on Monday to make an appointment to get the tint doneThe guy never asked how I would be payingI showed up for the appt today and the guy was rude explaining the different tintsHe did the tint and it looks great, BUT I took out the gift card to pay for part of it and he freaked out saying they always asked if a gift card was being used when scheduling and said I was dishonest when schedulingHe kept being rude about it and at this point I still didn't have a costApparently you cannot use a gift card and still get any kind of discountHe was so rude and called me a liar several times so I called my husband to let him know what was going on and the guy said I was "spouting off all this crap"Then he said to just forget it and he would eat the costI again tried to get an amount to pay with no answerHe never gave me any paperwork or anythingHe was the rudest, most uncouth person I have ever metThe customer service was so poor that I am making a complaint with the Revdex.com and will continue to tell people how horrible Royal Tinting is
