I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and although I do not entirely agree this matter is closed, the order was eventually shipped proper trace supplied and the unit passed at shop. All we wanted was communication, but in the end the company did deliver the unit we paid for however it did take over month with no communication on the matter and the payment was made well before the part was shipped. Thank you

We will provide a more detailed response tomorrow, however, that item was shipped to the customer once we received confirmation that their bank wire had been received and credited in our bank account. Given that the item has been sent to the client, I do not believe that any further action is
necessary
