Royal Stone Landscaping & Design

The absolute worst company to deal with. John, the project manager, is very unprofessional and provides horrible customer service. Livani, their landscape designer, took 7 attempts to have our plan pass to the engineers. the average attempts is 2 times. The company is extremely overpriced and not customer oriented. The owner of the company, Pino, is totally unprofessional and does not care for the customers. We have filed a formal complaint with him directly, called him and he never responded and even acknowledged our complaint. A city by law went into effect a year ago and the company and John were not even aware of this, all the while leading us to believe we were going to be starting our pool. We felt deceived. Had we known of this by law right from the onset, we would not have had Royal Stone finish our driveway and entire front yard. The company failed to provide their due diligence. A process that started in early May took to end of July to finally be told we could not have the pool Royal Stone suggested and convinced to buy.
