withdrawal of an applicant or failure to move in results in forfeit of all application fees and depositsMs*** submitted a payment to our office on the 11th of August in the amount of $This payment was returned non-sufficient funds at 9:30am on the 18th of August, 2017. On the afternoon of August 18th, Ms*** contacted the assistant manager and informed her of Ms*** intent to cancel the lease applicationRoyal St Moritz waived a deposit fee of $but retained application background fees in the amount of $Ms*** was notified by our office of the total balance due including non-sufficient bank fees for two separate checks which totaled $100.00.The assistant manager did explain the forfeit of the application/administration feesMsMagnes contacted the manager one time and asked me about the fees and this was explained to her again regarding the cancellation policy and also the returned check fees That was the last communication we have received from this client.Our goal is resolve this amicably, therefore Royal St Moritz is willing to waive the non-sufficient returned check fees in the amount of $upon certified payment of the application fees in the amount of $185.00.
