I contracted this company to ship my car from Atlanta to Puerto Rico. The first thing I asked was if they could pick up the car in Atlanta which they immediately say yes. I submitted all the papers they requested (to ***) through email. The service must be pre-paid which I did and for a week and half I called every day to ask for the chauffeur's name and cell phone number who would come and pick up the car. Finally I gave up and cancelled everything. My money was reimbursed within 3 days. *** answered the phone every time I called and their customer service and professionalism is superb. But I was very disappointed, because I asked firsthand if they could deliver. I only wished that my car would've been delivered, but I recommend this company.
