Royal Rent-A-Car Systems of Florida, Inc.

I had a horrible experience at Royal Rent a car in Miami, Fl. The staff was incredibly rude and disrespectful. We were renting a car as a company with the corporate account (company credit card). this card is in the name of our COO who does not travel with us and most organizations have a contingency plan for this by having an authorization form signed by the card holder. The staff behind the desk not only refused having a policy like this but literally verbalized the words, "I don't care" in a voice of disgust when I explained how we normally handle these types of transactions with other companies. The others with me explained to him what horrible customer service he was showing and he never apologized but kept talking over us. The other staff there did not attempt to make the situation any better. The entire process was disenchanting, and we were made to feel like an inconvenience and a burden. I will never rent a car with them again. I have written a letter to their management but have not had a response. I am not surprised.
