As offered, Royal Purple, has NO way to assure there product is not partially to blame They would then have to admit that product is no better than water and absolutely of no benefit when used with coolant A refund or replacement bottle is requested preferably the refund Otherwise complaint should stay on their permanent record as unsatisfied If they stand behind the product than neither outcome should be difficult
