In response to complaint #*** on 8/16/We have contacted the customer and left a message awaiting a response. We regret the overnight stay was not a good experience and we strive to have all guests enjoy their stay. We checked the customer folio and did not see any notes regarding the complaints listed. We are not disputing the customer’s claims to an unsatisfactory stay, however responding to a complaint weeks after the stay is challenging especially if our front desk was not made aware of the issues at the time and were not able to offer an immediate remedyWe have refunded the cost of the stay to the customer for their inconvenience and we hope this resolves the matter Sincerely, Management Flamingo Motel & Suites

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Again, the statement I have been provided in this response is the same blanket response I received last time. And I have not even been reimbursed my full amount for the stay, so that is a false statement. I was shorted by $80.00. I have already stated that I had given my complaint to the front desk and have gotten no where as they obviously don't keep record of any of there complaints. As I presume they are way to many to even keep track of. I am looking for for the full amount of my stay reimbursed. This complaint is not resolved until that has been satisfied.
