Review: This company took school photos of my son's class. The picture quality was awful and so I complained. They promised a refund but after many many requests and reminders, I still have not received it. This has been going on since mid-January 2013. They are no longer answering my emails, in which I simply ask if they could please send the refund. I can provide the emails if that would help.Desired Settlement: I simply want the refund that was promised to me.
