I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted]. This order was placed on March 21, 2017. I emailed this company directly on March 22, 2017 after seeing that they scheduled my package for delivery, but had not provided the package to the postal service. Once I did not receive a response from this company, I emailed PayPal. PayPal and myself sent numerous emails to the company. It was only after reporting them to the Revdex.com that they responded and decided to refund what I had paid for the overnight shipping. This matter has now been resolved, as I have been refunded for the shipping charges. I will no longer do business with this company.

Review: I placed an order with this company on Oct. 17 and paid an additional amount for 2 day priority shipping. I received a tracking number. I called USPS on 10/19. They told me they hadn't received anything to be shipped. I have been calling the company, leaving messages. Sent emails regarding my order. No replies and I was charged for this order. The money was taken from my bank account.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of the full amount I was charged.
Review: I placed my order for Jello Shot Syringes on 3/18/14, paid for 2-3 day shipping for a total of $43.61. I tried contacting the company on 3/24/14 because when I looked at my invoice online it showed "in processing". Why would I pay for 2-3 day shipping if it was not going to ship in 2-3 days, their website shows "All Orders Ship Within 24 Hours". It took me about 8 different tries to finally reach someone, when you opted for customer service it would send you to voice mail and would say voice mail full, if you opted for sales it would send you to voice mail, etc every option they had I could not reach someone. Finally someone answered and I called from my work number, the number they have on my acct is my cell number, the guy who answered immediately knew why I was calling and said there was a glitch in the system, they would give me a full refund, that I should receive an email shortly and I would have the refund within 24 hours. This has not happened, again I have been trying to reach someone again at this company and same as above happens. Please help me get my money returned and make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else. It does not make sense that a company that sells products does not answer their phone.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund ASAP.
