Review: I stayed at the Royal Park Hotel on [redacted]. During the duration of my stay which was from Friday,April ** through Sunday April **, 2015 we discovered we had bed bugs the hotel did not offer any type of refund for our stay but offered to move us to another room. Since the Royal Park Hotel did not offer a refund or discount of any type we were forced to stay somewhere that posed a health hazard. I was bitten on my back, legs and arms. Even after we presented the evidence of the bed bugs and our bites as well as pictures of the bed bugs the hotel still did not offer a fefund nor did they show any type of remorse. The [redacted] names [redacted]) called the [redacted] when we first presented him with the bites, she stated they would not get a refund the hung up in his face. One of the individuals that I came with became so infuriated with the whole incident she booked an early flight home which left the balance to be paid in full by myself.Desired Settlement: This hotel has a responsibility to treat the mattresses throughout the hotel that have been infested with bed bugs. They should also, offer a refund to those bitten or injured by the bed bugs.I would like to recieve a full refund of the balance paid half was charged to my card the remaining portion charged to my card.
