On October 31, 2008, we purchased a vacation package through Royal Palm Vacations. Each year we are charged $249/yr. billed through [redacted] Financial. I have been trying to reach a number of people (listed below) for information. Every phone number I call it just keeps ringing. No one picks up and no answering machine. I even tried to email someone that I received information from in the past and comes back as undeliverable.Appreciate any help.Corporate - (800) 880-6097[redacted]n - (800) 880-6294[redacted] - (800) 880-6097[redacted] Financial - (800) 796-5105Product_Or_Service: Vacation ClubAccount_Number: [redacted]Desired SettlementWe paid $4,199.00 for this vacation package and are billed $249/yr. to keep the membership.
I have tried to call this company by their two phone numbers and they both give one click when I call, then I am disconnected. Their numbers are 1800-880-6097 and 1800-718-4228. I tried their website and it no longer exists (www.travelservicesusa.com). I paid $3,699 for this travel service by joining with them 5 years ago. In addition to this purchase price, I have maintained my membership fees of $249 per year(over 4 years past) since then. Are they out of business? What can I do to get my money back? They did not contact me at all to let me know they are going out of business.Product_Or_Service: Travel ServicesAccount_Number: [redacted]Desired SettlementRefund of amount paid.
July 10th 2008 we signed a purchase agreement with Royal Palm Vacations for a lifetime vacation plan and a plan we could will to our children in the amount of 2,996.00. We were not told that they had gone out of business however we are unable to reach them. We would like a be compensated for these funds if we are going to no longer be able to take advantage of the benefits they promised us.Product_Or_Service: vacation planAccount_Number: acct number [redacted]Desired SettlementTo refund our purchase amount as we thought this was a lifetime benefit that we could also will to our children.
