[redacted] · in the last week Exceptionally the worst dealership I ever encountered in my history of buying cars,after being promised a repair on a tire pressure sensor on a vehicle in which I purchased for $26000,I was given the run around tried contacting the sale manager no calls returned after several attempts,one manager told me to take the vehicle in,brought the vehicle in and again the worst experience ever, the service advisor clueless as to no knowledge of what was going on,the light went away for a day and came back on in which I get to understand the computer on the vehicle was rigged for a temporary fix from ROYAL PALM TOYOTA brought the vehicle to Tire Kingdom and they replaced tire pressure sensor fixed their issue for $Worst experience ever and no one never tried to contact me

I had a written lease agreement via e-mail with this dealership The salesperson wrote to me "The deal is just as you outlined, there will be no surprises or unexpected changes made." Boy, was that a lie! I spent an hour an a half at Royal Palm while they strung me along When I got to the finance manager he reneged on the offer I was screwed by this dealership and I was a loyal time customer Don't believe them - even when it's in black and white!
