Review: We need help. in late January 2015,I was told by the front office at this business that I could create space on the side of the house for a parking spot. I submitted the request in writing and their representative at that time gave a verbal approval 2 two weeks later. one of our cars was towed this morning from the same spot I was verbally approved. I have to pay the garage for the towing out of my own pocket not to mention the stress, we thought the car had been stolen. the person in charge now at the office stated that we were giving a noticed in January 22, 2015 more than a month ago. the notice says to move the car within 7 days. now the representative denies the whole verbal permit and they cant even find the written request and will not give us the name of the employee involved at that time, all she says and that she no longer works for their company. there are other complaints that I have about this property and I would willing to discuss this in person with a representative in your office.WE ALSO HAVE NOT BEEN TOLD WERE THE GAS LINES ARE.cable companies are not able to come in. thank you for your time.Desired Settlement: please refund the amount and fix the existing problems.some which I have not mentioned here. it is very difficult to have a conversation with their office.100 dollars to fix the parking spot.our time several hours.250 to get the car from the garage.
Review: I was misrepresented by the park manager
On February 27, 2013 I was approved for a rental of space 570. The rep wanted my sister in law to come in to sign the application since she had co signed for me. I told her it would be more convienent for my brother to do this and asked if that would be ok. She said it would but he would need to fill out a credit application which he did. The next day she called back and told me I was now denied because the process was becoming to difficult and my sister in law refused to come in and sign. I told her I never said she refused to do that. I only stated it would be easier for my brother to make the trip. She stated there was nothing more she could do. I went on to remind her the day prior she said this would be fine but she had no response or sense of accountability for this. I asked for the corporate number which she refused to give. She then said the district rep would give me a call if I liked and I accepted. Later she called back and said the district rep would not return my call.Desired Settlement: DesiredSettlementID: Other (requires explanation)
To accept my application as they did on the 27th of February.
