Royal Nails

I contacted Royal nails via phone to confirm they are able to do sns dipping powder on my nails. I did not like the outcome and voiced that to my nail tech. I was still forced to pay for the service. She did not attempt to fix the lumpiness but instead told me to come back tomorrow. I will be out of town for the month.
