Ripped off $10,000
I went to Royal and purchased a GL450 Mercedes Benz 2007 I was ripped off and lied to the owner said things were done and they never were. Currently my car is sitting at the *** of South Orlando and they are doing a thorough investigation of all the damage. The car is suffered from water damage front end damage in the *** report said nothing was wrong with it. The company told me they had replace the struts they had told me they had replaced the compressor they had told me they had replaced and fixed so much immediately after leaving within a week or two I started having major complications with the car it is been in the *** dealership of South Orlando four times now. When I contacted my auto insurance company about the issues I was having with this vehicle they brought up the word fraud. Please help me as I do not want to see this happen to anyone else my senior father who is 76 years old took out almost $10,000 to get this vehicle so that I can transport him to doctors I have a heart condition and he has dementia and we feel like we were completely robbed but this company their lies and they're phoniness my father and I need help
I am seeking this company to stand by their word and their good name for protecting their customers they should be doing one of two things in my remedy would be either give me back my money or replace this vehicle you sold me. Or take the vehicle and fix the damage that you sold me either fix it or give me back my money that's what I want because this company made me spend $4,000 of my own money fixing the damage has already.

I can assure you that our team goes to great lengths so that customers like you have any and all relevant information they need to make the best, most informed buying decision. Every customer is provided with a *** Vehicle History Report and in the case of your 2007 Mercedes Benz GL450, water damage was not listed on this report and had not been found by any mechanics that have serviced this vehicle while it was in our possession. We also can not detect any water damage in the pictures of the interior or exterior of the vehicle from when it was for sale on our lot. Since we are never the original owners of the vehicles on our lot, we rely on the credibility of our vehicle history reports such as *** to provide the most accurate information of the vehicles history of ownership, damage, accidents, and maintenance.
All of our vehicles are sold "as is" without warranty. When a vehicle is purchased from our store an "as is" disclosure document is signed by our customers stating they understand this at the time of their purchase. We stated at the time of sale the areas in the vehicle that had been addressed by a mechanic and the areas that could cause problems in the future and offered a discount in the purchase price to help accommodate those needs should they arise. We are always willing to refer mechanics that we trust to provide excellent professional service to our customers as we know that all vehicles need some TLC after wear and tear from being used.
You and your father came to our store a little over a week after the purchase, to let us know that you were very happy with the car and that you had referred your neighbor to come and buy with us as well. You also told us that you had purchased a bumper to bumper warranty for the vehicle. A couple weeks later, you and your father stopped by again to let us know that you were having problems with your warranty due to water damage and asked if we had known of any water damage on the vehicle which we had not. This visit was amicable and did not leave the impression that you were disappointed with us but frustrated with the third party warranty company. Your third and final visit to our store was by yourself and included you making threats to our manager and saying that you are an ex-felon and that you will deal with us. Due to this interaction, we asked for you to leave the premises and called the police.
It is unfortunate that what was a great experience has turned to this.
