I am rejecting this response because: just as I am claiming, their not renting to be is "shady"They have no valid and lawful reason to not rent to me that is why they fail to provide a good, fair, and equitable cause for a denial As I have shown, given my background, and income there is no good basis for denying meThe fact of their unwillingness to provide a valid reason lends itself to discriminato ry and unfair reasonsTheir denial, again here, further substantites their action tward two elderly and disabked femakes as outlinedunder The Federal and State Fair Housing, The California Department of Real Estate,The California Assoc of Realtirs andAs in other consumer protection agencies and lawsThis type if behavior is wht the lguidelines and laws are in placeBusinesses and individuals such as in this vase violating these and they should be held accountableThe wayMy Mom and I have been treated should not be swept under the rugGien this company,us so blatantly doing this to us how many others have teen mistreated, too , how many others but they went away quietly without complaining or protestingThis company keeps getting away with it then they will continue to discriminate
Storz Management Company (SMC) manages Loomis Mobile Home Village (Loomis MHV), which is a mobile home park in Loomis, CAThe complainant applied for residency at Loomis MHV and was denied based on failing to pass the property's various residency screening criteria which is formally documented and
applied uniformly to all applicantsThe application was declined due to certain criteria not being met, the specifics of which shall not be disclosed except as allowed by lawThe applicant's denial resulted in the issuance of the required adverse action noticeAn applicant is allowed to obtain information directly from the screening service at no cost, and that is what the complainant was instructed to do in order to lawfully follow up on the denialApparently, the applicant's residency denial was frustrating, and two additional SMC representatives reviewed the application to ensure proper processing, and confirmed the denial based on failure to meet one or more screening criteriaWhile disappointing for the applicant, SMC administered this process fairly, consistently and respectfully
