Review: Envelopes purchased were "faulty" as they barely had any glue if any with which to seal them. In contacting them I was requested to provide them with a "faulty" envelope which I did. Upon examination, I would then be issued a credit. About a month went by and when I contacted them again, they claim to have not received the "faulty" envelope which I indeed did send to the address they provided me. I again emailed them and was told the manager never received the faulty envelope, however, a credit would be issued to me. The gal I had been emailing was who I sent the faulty envelope to at the address she provided. I assumed she would then forward it to her manager. As of today, 1/5/15, I still have not received my refund. I truly think they are giving me the runaround.Desired Settlement: They promised me a refund of $7.49. Apologies have been given, however, they have yet to fulfill their promise of a refund.

Response:
The complaint was processed on 12.21.2014.
A request for a check in the amount claimed was sent to accounts payable and the check should be on the way.
Because of the holidays, the check may arrive later due to days off, approval times and the like.
Customer service will call customer to confirm. Customer will definitely be compensated, no doubt about it.
Thanks and our renewed apologies!
Sincerely, [redacted]
Review: On March 6, 2014 I bought 3 packages of Item [redacted] paper at 2 different Staples stores [redacted] Turnpike, Simsbury, CT).Unfortunately, the product has not performed according to the labeling on the package, which states the paper is for use in printing and specifies inkjet printers, laser printers, and copy machines. I am disappointed because I used the paper in my Brother laser printer to print 80 flyers for a church function. The metallic part of the paper came off in my printer and my printer is now ruined. After I realised what had happened, I tried printing one sheet in my inkjet printer, but when the print came out, I saw that some of the metallic part of the paper was gone. I did not try any other prints in my inkjet printer because I did not want the paper to ruin it, as well. I then tried making one photo copy in my church's photo copy machine with the same result. Contrary to what the paper packaging states, this product is not safe for use in laser printers, inkjet printers, or copy machines.Desired Settlement: To resolve the problem, I would appreciate a refund for the cost of my Brother printer ($219.99) and a refund for the cost of the paper ($31.07), for a total of $251.06.
