This business arranges for the sale of gift certificates through various websites, but later imposes new conditions on their use. Once you get into the restaurant, they tell you the certificates aren't good for what you wanted to buy, even if it's something they regularly sell and you're paying the regular price. Instead, they tell you you can only use them for the more expensive menu items they're touting. The management is aware of this bait-and-switch practice.
