In 2009, royal heating installed 2 geo-thermal furnaces for us and 5 weeks ago we started having issues with the forced air unit. Called them told us it would be couple of days before they could come but day they were supposed to come called and said they would not be coming and to find someone else. We have been trying to get the furnace fixed since then incurring extra expenses as the company who is trying doesn't know the furnace so it takes more time to diagnose and then they are charged extra for warranty paperwork which they have to pass on to us.
