I had a water leak to spring up in the slab of my garage. I knew that it had to be taken care of right away. I thought about Royal Flush Plumbing. But, decided probably not due to my last experience with the tech. He tried to rip me off and we had to get the police involved. Then I thought back to the first time I used Royal Flush and received stellar service. Therefore, I made the call and Steven L came out. He quickly got to the root of the problem: and then asked if I wanted it taken care of that day. It took me off guard: because I was skeptical about it being completed that day. Steven L and his assistant worked tirelessly to get the job completed that night. He was a very pleasant and knowledgeable young man. Hopefully, I won't need Royal Flush services any time soon. But if and when the time comes. I do I hope that it will be Steven L to answer the call. A three-peat customer. *** J

They were very flexible with my schedule, a business that is 24/7 without charging late hour/weekend extra fees is just amazing as a new homeowner. Ahman was very polite and arrived in the scheduled window, very honest about the repair and definitely did not try to gouge like some other companies. He was quick and fixed the problem at the visit, very efficient!

The technician did an incredible job on my bathtub/shower. Very professional and thorough. Highly recommend.

Royal flush did a great job fixing my toilet I called them in the morning and they were there within a couple of hours and fixed it really quick. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again!

I had a good experience with Buddy from Royal Flush plumbing. He came out on Memorial day to give me an estimate and informed me that he had the part I needed and could do it right then and there if I wanted. I elected to have him install my sewage pump at that time. He completed the job quickly was very knowledgeable and gave me good advice on how to prolong the life of my pump. I will definitely call him again if I have any plumbing needs.

Dallas was as good, if not better than the crew that fixed a leak ( pressure valve ) on my hot water heater a couple years ago. I was very happy with that repair ( zero problems ) that I only called Royal Flush. That same heater ( now 15-20 yrs old ) suddenly leaked all over my garage floor. Worked out price for installation after I purchase the new heater from Lowe's, for Fri. the 8th.

After receiving a water bill saying that our family of 2 used over 8,000 gallons of water last month, I knew we had a leak between the meter and house. Our highest bill ever was for 4,000 gallons so I went looking and found the leak at the pipe connection to the water meter. We searched online for a plumber and the name "Royal Flush" jumped out at me so I called. Jennifer was very helpful in scheduling an appointment. I declined to have someone sent out that night, so an appointment was made for first thing in the morning. Easter Sunday morning! Jeff K. showed up during the appointment window and was very polite. He looked at the problem, wrote an estimate and got to work. The leak was fixed and our water was back on fairly quickly. I was NOT gouged on price for having a repair done on Sunday. Easter Sunday at that. I hated having anyone work on Easter but I'm glad I called Royal Flush. Not having any cash on hand, Jeff left my house with a new container of Clorox wipes. This leak occurred in early April during the 2020 Covid-19 pandemic when toilet paper, sanitizing wipes and hand sanitizer (and a long list of other items) were extremely hard to find. So, thank you Jeff, Jen and Royal Flush plumbing for saving the day!

Harold cane out to my house last night at 1930 due to a plumbing and septic issue. He was fantastic. Buddy came to my house first thing this morning and completed the issue. These guys are honest and hard working. I appreciate the late hours. Hard to find good companies like this thy don't prove gauge. Already sent Buddy's info to a friend.

Drake did a wonderful job replacing/ installing my kitchen faucet. I was feeling bad on the time Drake spent to get that kitchen faucet out. He also repaired my leaky bathroom faucet. The end results are flawless working faucets in my bathroom & kitchen thanks to Drake & Royal Flush Plumbing. Jacob went above and beyond explaining everything he needed to do before doing it. I really appreciate that they give you a quote before the work and stuck to that price when they are done. Royal Flush will be my go to plumber when I need one.

They cancelled my afternoon appointment. Said I would be the first appointment the next day. They didnt show up until noon. Told the tech. I cancelled the appointment. Don't tell people you are going to show up at a certain time and then don't.

Jacob repaired a leaky shower this morning and identified some
other areas to improve the volume of the shower's flow. He was
well versed in what to do to fix the problem and provided
some education to me along the way while he was where.
He is pleasant and easy to work with. I would use him again
for any plumbing problem.

John gave us a quote and it was a great price. He helped us understand our issue and was very friendly making sure we got scheduled the next day! Dallas did a great job of replacing our new pipe and making sure our yard was put back nicely. Also confirm no leaks under the house after completion.
