Review: ** June 2014Ref: Invoice No. [redacted] Dated ** Dec. 2013I gave my old sofa bed to Royal Cushion & Upholstery for upholstery & to FIX SOFA BED. He asked the part payment of $ 600.00 of total amount $ 1400.00 of Invoice no. [redacted] against the work. I gave him $ 600.00 in cash. He delivered only sofa on ** Jan. 2014. He came back on ** Feb. 2014 to fix bed in sofa. My wife also helped him but he could not fix properly on ** Feb. 2014. He gave promise to my wife that I will come again with the helper from my shop. He asked the balance payment $ 800.00 of the invoice no. [redacted], so my wife has paid the balance amount in cash with the trust of to fixing sofa bed to later week but he did not come to fix sofa bed as of today (** June 2014). I have contacted him more than 60 times on phone & visited his shop 45 times. He gave us so many times the appointments but he never show-up or he never called me. It is almost 5 months. So many times we left the messages on his cell phone & the shop but he did not answer our phone or never call back. Result is nil as of today.Desired Settlement: REFUND OR TO FIX SOFA BED
