RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Devin T [redacted] 's response is full of false information. I have included documentation proving I was not late ever when I pawned my watch two times (not 4 or 5 as he states) these 2 receipts were also presented and copied by Town of Greece NY small claims court. I have included documentation when the small claims case was filed and court date set, and the judgement award, Devins claim that this case is in motion to appeal is also untrue as by law the defendant has 30 days to appeal the case which was dated 5/17/17. This has been going on for a year, I was referred to as a broke bum by Devin T [redacted] and told he would blow $115,000 at the turning stone casino before I ever saw a dollar from him for my watch. Town of Greece small claims court and Greece Police both have copies of my receipts showing non delinquency of payment while doing business with Royal Crown Pawn and Devin T [redacted] the fact of the matter that he claims I was late on payment is just as insulting as he thinks he has the right to rob his customers merchandise and degrade them, I am following up with the Attorney General and as stated in original complaint The Court Marshall regarding payment, and the Rochester Ny Detective for Pawn Liscence and permits. Royal Crown Pawn is a crook and Devin T [redacted] is a convicted fellon in Florida, he has no rights in keeping anyone's merchandise, disgrace for his business.Regards, [redacted]

I am in receipt of your Jetter dated October 5, stating that thlre was a complaint about my business that was submitted October 4, from a customer df mine *** ***I have read the complaint and circumstances stated in the report and mos ly everything stated in the complaint was a
complete lie. *** *** has been a customer of mine for over a yearShe has pawned the same Rolex watch with me about three (3) or four (4) different times nowThe last time she pawned the Rolex watch with me she was late on her monthly payment to pick up her merchandiseI have been dealing with Ms*** for over a year now, so a lot of times if the person is a good customer of mine, I will hold on to their item for them weeks at a time even if they are late, when technically, after a late payment, the watch (or merchandise) is considered mine. Ms*** was about a week and a half late on her payment that monthI would normally have documentation of this but unfortunately in November I was involved in an armed robbery at my store, the one she is claiming that I have had "staged"I cam inform you that this robbery was in no way staged, and that in fact I had a gun in my mouth for about twenty-two (22) minutes that afternoonNot only did l have a gun in my mouth but I was both tied up and kicked on the ground, while I watched four ( 4) different people enter my store and take all of my belongingsI have security footage, police reports, multiple pictures and videos of this occurringI did in no way have this set up, nor did I receive any type of "insurance money" and she is claiming that I am "bragging" aboutIn fact, I lost pretty much my whole business and clientele over this robbery that it took me about twelve (12) years to build up.Her husband, which is the woner of this watch she has been pawning with me has threatened me on numerous occasionsStating that if I don't pay him his money he is coming after me and that I am a liar and he is "out to get me"I also have text messages of his threats to me saved on my phone if I have to bring them upYes, they did try to sue me in Greece small Claims CourtUnfortunately, I was stuck out of town that day, and due to a tornado warning I was not able to make my flight back to New York, so I missed CourtBecause I missed Court, the Honorable *** ** *** of the Greece Town Court awarded them the amount of$3,015.00, but J.e he did not get to hear my side of the storyThis case since then has been appealed and we are still in the process of appealing this matter.The fact of the matter is that I did not "stage" this robbery in any way, and for someone to make up such a horrible lie is an insult to me and my business, especially when I have done nothing but be good to these customers, even after Ms*** was consistently late on her monthly paymentsTrust me, ifl had any control over where her watch was, or even if I could somehow get it back, I would definitely give it back to her by now, because in no way do I want to rob my customersAnyone who is a consistent customer of mine can vogue for me that I am probably one of the most understanding Pawn Shop owners around, and never have I ever stolen
