*** began his home delivery service with us in
December and chose to pay his bill with a credit card (automatically charged) on file on the 10th of every month. Everything ran smoothly for the first few months but then his credit card payments began to decline. (Payments declined in April/June/July/August/September/October). *** was always really good about returning our calls and providing payments until July. We called a few times and sent a letter stating his service would be interrupted if we could not secure a payment. Unfortunately we did not hear from *** and we suspended his service after August 4th’s delivery of gallon whole milk and half gallon whole milk. Charges for this one delivery totaled $9.55. We have a monthly service fee of $so the balance as it stands today = $13.55. I am happy to waive the $service fee because he did only receive the one delivery in the month and I will credit that $after he has paid the $*** called us on 8/to pay his previous balances and ask that his account remain closedHis payment took care of his deliveries made in June and July(Previously declined payments) *** also stated he wanted his account to remain closed at this time because full gallon containers were hard to handle (children). We offered to deliver only half gallon containers in the future but *** said our price was also an issue. At no time did *** make us aware of the product going sour. When the customer presents us with a product issue we pick up the product in question and either credit or replace it at no charge. This phone call was recorded and our representative did talk with *** about also paying for the one delivery made in August but *** wanted to wait to pay and have his credit card run on 9/for the remaining balance. If you would like me to submit the recording of his final call I would be happy toHe then did call back and ask to speak to a manager, *** 10/12. *** explained to *** that he had wanted his full balance to be run during the conversation on 8/19. *** reviewed the clear notes on his account and confirmed that he wanted the one delivery made in August to be “run next month”*** offered to take a payment at the time and *** told *** he wanted him to remove the balance. *** stated the delivery was made on 8/and therefore the balance stands. *** then asked for ***’s name and hung up*** then listened to the recording that supports the notesThank you

I would like the price of my milk that was delivered in August and spoiled early to be refundedAs well as the bill that they submitted to me after I was told I had no remaining balance. Thanks, *** ***
