An item was brought in to be dry cleaned and was picked up on 4/28/14. It was not cleaned and sent back. It again came back unclean. No refund An item was sent through the cleaners twice. Both times it came back dirty. Both times the associates acknowledged that it was not cleaned and recommended I contact the owner [redacted]. I have spoken with several associates to leave messages with [redacted] over a three- four week period. [redacted] has failed to return my calls in which I have requested a refund for lack of service.Desired SettlementI was charged [redacted] I would like to be refunded.

I brought a comforter and two shams in to be dry cleaned. It was laundered.I had a $5 off coupon from Royal Cleaners website that was not honored. I brought in a queen comforter and two shams to be dry cleaned. It was taken in and the $5 coupon from Royal's website was attached to the company's receipt. When I picked it up a different counter person was there. When I commented that the comforter and shams were all wrinkled she said it was against the law to dry clean comforters. I never heard anything like this. If true, the intake counter person was ill informed. I was then told that my coupon was invalid because it expired in 2008!. This was coupon I downloaded from Royal's website. The type was so small and blurred, it was unreadable. Nonetheless, they should not be posting coupons that expired six years earlier! That is false and misleading. I spent [redacted] for laundering I could have done myself had I been appropriately informed in the first place. I was misled into using this dry cleaner because of an out of date website that should not be operative at all under the circumstances of their inability to change it it over six years.Desired SettlementI am seeking a full refund of the [redacted] spent for a service I did not wantlaundering vs. dry cleaning and refusal to acknowledge and accept a $5 coupon on their website.

I had an expensive king size quilt dry cleaned by this cleaner and it was returned damaged. They have yet to even acknowledge the damaged item.I recently brought an item (King size quilt) to Royal Cleaners at their [redacted] location for dry cleaning. I've been trying for over a week to get in touch with management, I've left several phone messages and my calls are going unanswered. I've been trying to reach the [redacted] ([redacted]) for well over a week, I've left 4 messages at the cleaners and each time I'm told he's been given the message but will not return my call.Desired SettlementI would like my 25.00 dry cleaning fee returned. I would like replacement cost for the damaged quilt ($225.00, it was a King Size quilt purchased at a local retailer named [redacted]).
