Do not use these people. Their work is satisfactory and does not last. In addition they make appointments they do not keep and when they do they are RUDE!
Review: This company recaned three chairs for us about 15 months ago. The cane was defective and about seven months needed re-caning. Royal Caning agreed to do the chairs over and picked them up almost 3 months ago. They have failed to reply to multiple follow-up phone calls and failed to keep no fewer than three appointments, the most recent 10 days ago, when the chairs were supposed to be returned.The telephone is never answered by a person; messages left get no response. I told them (I mean left a message) one week ago that if I did not hear from them by today I would file a complaint with you.I hope you can help my wife and me.Desired Settlement: Repair and return our 3 chairs.

the three chairs, re-caned, were delivered this evening. I have no doubt that the intervention of the Revdex.com is what made the difference.
My wife and I are most grateful.
Review: Royal Caning picked up 2 Prague chairs for caning. They failed to deliver them back to me on the scheduled date and never responded to repeated phone calls or emails. (They also have a website - [redacted].). It has been a number of weeks now and I have no idea if I will ever see my chairs again. Is there any way that you can intervene or trace them in my behalf? I'm really at a loss as to how to secure my chairs.
