cans are emptied they are in the same spot that they were orginally. Recently we are finding the cans split. One on one side of the driveway and the other on the other side. After looking up and down our road looking at our neighbors, there is no one else having this issue. So my question is why is this happening with our cans when it's not happening to anyone else on the road? Is the driver doing this on purpose?
Review: My sons Jeep was sideswiped by a royal carting garbage truck. It was a hit and run on [redacted] by IBM. My Wife and Son could have been killed and your driver kept going. We have a witness and a police report. Your insurance company refuses to settle the claim and told us to take them to small claims court. I do not know why they are giving us such a hard time. Your insurance company was very rude over the phone.

Review: I WAS BEHIND IN MY BILLING , SO OBVIOUSLY THEY DISCONTINUED MY SERVICE. I HAVE NO CONTRACT WITH THEM. SO I FOUND A CHEAPER COMPANY. WHEN I CALLED TO CANCEL, THE WOMAN IN CUSTOMER SERVICE TOLD ME I COULDN'T CANCEL UNTIL I PAID MY BALANCE I OWED. I ASSUMED SINCE THEY STOPPED PICKING UP MY GARBAGE, IT WAS TECHNICALLY ALREADY CANCELLED. SHE THEN WENT ON TO TELL ME THAT UNTIL I PAY THE BALANCE, I WILL CONTINUE TO BE CHARGED. NOW, ISN'T THAT ILLEGAL TO CONTINUE TO CHARGE FOR A SERVICE YOU ARE NO LONGER PROVIDING ; LIKE I SAID I HAVE NO CONTRACT. AND IF THAT'S NOT THERE POLICY. MAYBE THEY NEED TO TELL THAT TO THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS.

The customer was written a letter explaining that her account was closed with no balance. Also stated in the letter was a clarification of our policies regarding interruption of service due to non-payment. I believe there was some miscommunication between the customer and our rep. A customer can cancel service at any time for any reason. Service on this customer's account has been interrupted three times in the last year for non-payment.
